On the first floor there is a kitchen integrated in the living area which is equipped with a large fridge, built-in oven and other modern kitchen appliances. The dining area consists of robust wooden table and chairs, while the living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. This room has exit to the terrace with dining table and chairs offering unrivalled vistas over the Adriatic sea. On the second floor there is the main living area with a large luxury sofa which opens onto the private furnished terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or sip your aperitif watching the sun set in the evening. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a sea view balcony giving you the feeling you could jump into the clear blue sea right from your bed. There are 4 double bedrooms and one twin room best suited for children or teenagers. There is a comfortable family bathroom on each floor, fitted with either a walk-in shower or a bathtub. Outside dining area for 10, outdoor grill, exercise equipment and bike rental are additional amenities offered in this amazing house. The property is gated for child safety and it includes free parking. The owner lives in the apartment in the basement, completely separated from the rest of the house and with a private entrance. Being a woman of worldwide travelling experience, she will make an excellent host, always at hand should you need anything during your stay.
