In front of the main entrance door you will find a small porch with outdoor table and chairs. On the first floor there is a modern fully fitted kitchen leading into dining area for 8 and living room with flat screen TV. This room was designed as open-plan with lovely views from all windows. Here you will find also an exceptionally spacious bathroom with massage shower and a large master bedroom with comfortable double bed with quality mattress. On the second floor there is a spacious family bathroom and four more bedrooms – three doubles and a twin – all with amazing panoramic views.
The ground floor opens onto huge covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The terrace was designed to make the most of the amazing and unbroken views of the countryside. It is equipped with comfortable wooden furniture so you can enjoy relaxed outdoor dining in sensational setting. Inside, among the ancient stone walls you will find an “entertainment room” with billiard table as well as a traditional ‘konoba’ with a large dining table and an indoor barbecue.
The garden area is split on two levels. One is with a lovely private pool 6 m x 3 m with plenty of sun loungers, 2 parasols for extra shade and 2 extra toilets, while below there is a garden with nice grassy area and some seasonal fruits planted.

Things to do

The location of the villa in the small village of Vrlika surrounded by untouched nature allows plentiful of outdoor activities. After having breakfast enjoying the outstanding scenery, you can pack your lunch and ramble off into the undisturbed nature in the valley beneath, all the way to the Peruča Lake or Cetina River Spring. The area is perfect for cycling or hill walking with kilometers of new marked trails. Climbing or hiking are possible on the nearby mountains Svilaja and Dinara, as well as some water activities on the Peruča Lake, such as swimming or kayaking.
