The main house is an authentic Dalmatian stone house which has recently been renovated and is used as a sleeping area. On the first floor there are a bathroom. 1 double bedroom, 1 room with twin beds that can be put together if required and partially separated third room, also with twin beds which is extremely spacious and usually our guests’ favorite. All three bedrooms are clean and comfortable, with fantastic view of Kastela Bay. This house has no air-conditioning since the experience shows there is no need for one: thanks to abundance of windows, doors and terraces and thick stone walls, it’s never too hot inside. The other house is mainly intended for use as a living area, consisting of an original vintage dining room with an open fireplace and antique furniture. Right next to this room, there is an entrance to the new kitchen with all modern amenities, dining table and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the second floor with a cozy living room with a flat TV, stereo and plenty of space for everyone. On the attic there is the fourth room equipped with a double bed and air-conditioning unit. The house offers a secluded roof terrace perfect for sunbathing and enjoying your peace among the old rooftops. The latest addition to this stunning stone retreat is the fully equipped gym in the basement, so how about some working out among the centuries-old cool stone walls? The internal courtyard itself is completely separated from the street, it’s very picturesque with several sitting areas, a built-in fireplace and additional toilet. Guest staying here have at their disposal the entire generously sized property with plenty of comfort and privacy. And thanks to the location right in the heart of Kastel Stari, all the conveniences are within a few minutes walking distance, including the main local beach, cafes, taverns, bakery, green market with fresh local produce etc.
