The entire ground floor is reserved for the spacious open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen ad a direct access to the covered veranda featuring amazing sea views. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms one of which has an additional gallery with 3 single beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. The 4th double bedroom is on the second floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features jacuzzi, central heating, satellite TV and Wifi. On the south side the villa has a 26 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. The guests can also enjoy an outside dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. And for all interested in outdoor activities it will be useful to know that a mountain bike trail passes right next to the house. The distance from the villa to the sea and the nearest beach is 200 m. The small village of Bilo is at about 5 km distance to the center of Primosten, one of the most picturesque towns on the entire Adriatic coast. This popular tourist destination offers everything you might need for a comfortable and fulfilling stay: shops, restaurants, nice beaches, various activities and events.
