The place is set in a restored Dalmatian stone house and spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchenette with basic appliances and a cozy living room. The apartment has no balcony, but the landing area at the top of the stairs to the front door could make an additional sitting area where guests could draw a table and a few chairs and enjoy the pleasant summer evenings outside. The apartment is located in the heart of the old part of Kastel Sucurac, just off the promenade and local port and literally across the city museum. It's surrounded by traditional architecture and many picturesque corners, while the sea is just around the corner. Split is within a short drive at about 12 km distance.
